How to cancel automatic subscription renewal?

 

To cancel automatic subscription renewal you need to cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can do it via your Account in the “Subscription” section.

A: Your Premium membership renews automatically. Your membership fees are paid according to payment schedule selected by you upon subscription (every 3, 6 or 12 months).

To cancel automatic subscription renewal, go to your Account and cancel auto-renewal in the “Subscription” section.

Q: My subscription is still valid. Can I receive partial refund?

A: No partial refund is possible after 30 calendar days of trial.

Q: I unsubscribed and received the refund.  Now I’ve subscribed again and want to receive the refund again.

Can I do it?

A: No, 30 days money-back guarantee can be used once only. If you have already received the refund once, you cannot ask for another refund when unsubscribed again.
